As a woman founded and run company, we believe in empowering our more than 70% female workforce as well as our team of home stylists, ambassadors and influencers through the Lush Décor Home Stylist Collective. Founder and Chief Vision Officer, Jenny Zhu and her management team work to ensure that every team member has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
Our recycled cotton collections are made using eco-friendly materials that are gentle on the earth and safe for the whole family. And many of our products are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Certified, which means the fabric, dyes and all components have been tested in an independent laboratory and certified against a list of more than 350 harmful substances.
