Jenny attributes her success and the success of the company to the strength and shared vision of her team. The Lush Décor Home family is more than 70% female, hails from 8 different countries and collectively speaks 11 languages.
With a wide range of skills, passions and backgrounds, our team is composed of talented designers, artists, interior designers, content creators, marketers, data scientists, finance, operations and logistics specialists and an incomparable warehousing team that serves as the backbone of the company.
